Frozen Signs of Spring

I have certainly noticed that there are some signs of spring are making themselves apparent.
Our land lord opted to leave the pool filled throughout winter. At times it appeared, very tantalizingly so, to be a small ice skating rink. Boy could I just envision the prospects of me out there doing triple axles whilst singing my rendition of "Let it Go," and wearing a ski mask because it would have been that much more awesome. But now that spring has sprung, the pool looks like this:
It is half-empty (or half-full for you optimists) and filled with a thick slop of leaves and mildew of sorts. This photo really does not do it justice. Nevertheless warmer weather is on the horizon and I for one am ecstatic.

Also, someone tried to steal my copy of "Frozen," which I have waited well over a week for. Apparently it was sent to my prior address; despite my prior address being deleted from Amazon's system. Justin drove over to the culprit's apartment after work to go collect my DVD that was delivered last Thursday while I started practicing my new rendition of "Let it Go," which included my plea to be released from prison once I spilled the imminent blood of the thief. ♪♫♪Let me go, let me go...♪♫♪ Fortunately for my potential victim, they still had the DVD and forked it over without any trouble. So for now I have avoided jail.

PS they should have adopted this guy as a pet because he just needed a hug, you can tell by the way his arms are.
